How it works:
✰Mail is sent the first week of each month with a standard USPS stamp (no tracking).
✰ Join by the last day of the month to receive the following month’s mailer. (Example: If you subscribe on January 1, your first mailer will be the February edition, which ships out during the first week of February.)
✰ Billed on the same day you initially subscribed.
✰ Shipping is included in the price.

If you joined between November 1–30, your first mailer will be December’s edition, shipped on December 1st.
All mailers are sent from Florida during the first week of each month. Join by the last day of the month to receive the following month’s mailer. Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery after shipment.

How can I cancel my subscription?
Cancel your subscription anytime using the Stripe Customer Portal.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed on the same day of each month you initially subscribed. To check your account details, visit the Stripe Customer Portal.
What countries do you mail to?
Right now, we mail to 19 countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the US.
The list is limited while we sort out international shipping issues.
How can I change my address, billing, & other information?
Update your shipping address, billing info, and manage your account details anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal.
How can I track my mailer?
To keep Mail Club affordable, mailers are sent with standard USPS stamps, so tracking isn’t available.
It’s been over the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my mailer. What should I do?
All mailers are sent during the first week of each month. Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery after shipment.
