Each piece of Sweet Lemon Post is created with care and sent with love. Because every package is custom-curated and made just for you, all sales are final.
If your mail arrives damaged or there’s a mix-up, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at [your email address], and I’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations:
You can cancel your Mail Club subscription anytime before your next billing date through your account page or by emailing me directly. Once a new month’s package has been prepared and mailed, cancellations will apply to the next cycle.

Shipping Policy
All Sweet Lemon Post letters are packed and mailed once a month from the U.S.
Orders placed before the 30th of each month are included in that month’s mailing. Packages are typically shipped by the first week or first Monday of the month.
Shipping is free within the U.S. and $1 extra for international subscribers.
Delivery times may vary depending on your country and local postal service.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to me. When you subscribe, I collect only the information needed to deliver your mail and manage your subscription — like your name, address, and email.
I’ll never sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as needed to process payments and ship your letters (through trusted partners like Stripe and USPS).
Terms of Service
By subscribing to Sweet Lemon Post, you agree to be billed automatically each month . You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
All artwork, writing, and recipes included in your subscription are original creations of Alina Albizu and protected by copyright. Please don’t reproduce or sell them without permission.
I reserve the right to update pricing, content, or policies at any time, but I’ll always notify you of any major changes beforehand.
