Hi! I’m Alina.

I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a mom, a food artist, and a creator who loves turning everyday moments into little works of art. Originally from the Dominican Republic, I’ve lived in NYC, Las Vegas, and now in Orlando, Florida. Wherever I go I bring with me, my love for food, color, creativity, and storytelling.

For over a decade I worked in the food industry, creating recipes for athletes and toddlers and connecting people through food. A few months ago, I decided to follow a new passion: creating art that celebrates food, family, and the joy of everyday life. Each piece I make tells a story, and my art & cooking mail club, Dear Friend, is my way of sharing those stories with you - through prints, letters, and recipes you can bring into your own home.
